This is a very simple PHP contact form for your website. Visitors can simply send emails using this contact form to an email address. Different recipient email address’s can be added to the subject dropdown with different subject names so they can be directed to the right department.
The form features a CAPTCHA security image to protect your email address’s from spam.
Nice script!
What/How much configuration does this script require & what (if any) information do I need available to me in order to get it working?
The only file which needs editing is config.php. This stores your email address’s which populate the subject dropdown.
That’s all the configuration you’ll need to do, just upload the files to your web server and it’ll work.
Excellent work! Thanks for sharing it!
As developer I have to say that this script worked great for me; saved a bunch of time for a great price.
Just one little thing, which libraries are required to generate the captcha ? I have a miss-configured PC and I’d like to know the libraries, in my production server worked fine just coping the files and editing the config.php file.
Thanks.
